Dear Monica, Valeria, Guy-Hortensia,

Thank you all very much for the lovely special dinner that you created for    February 14th, St. Valentine Day.
The bistro bar and tables were beautifully decorated for the occasion adding even more to your usual warm and friendly welcome.
We enjoyed the complimentary champagne to begin our meal. The soup was smooth and superb. The salad was appealing, full and elegant with a lovely dressing. The steak and sea bass served with tender vegetables were gastronomic pleasures. And dessert was the perfect combination of light, rich and tasty with a gorgeous, velvety, chocolate sauce!
Your musician was a good choice and added a quiet, classy touch to the  ambience. Your servers did a great job, too.
Thank you also, Guy, for graciously serving us the exquisite Amontillado and wishing us a happy 40th wedding anniversary.
It was a memorable evening and we were glad that we chose to celebrate it at Artisan Bistro where you make us feel at home and special. Bravo!
